Bordeaux Congress Centre
With contemporary architecture and a prime lakeside location in Bordeaux, the Congress Centre features exhibition areas, meeting rooms, reception areas, and several auditoriums. It hosts congresses, seminars, symposia, corporate meetings and trade shows.
Palais 2 l’Atlantique
This new infrastructure with contemporary architecture, inaugurated in 2019, features modern and complementary facilities spanning 15,500 m2 in a space perfectly suited for hosting trade fairs and congresses. It can host large-scale events thanks to the connection with the Exhibition Centre and an adaptable plenary room that can accommodate up to 6,000 people.

Philippe Fourrie, co-founder of the Ilago agency and coordinator of the Maritime Economy Forum [Assises de l’Economie de la Mer - AEM], the 19th edition of which will take place at Bordeaux Congress Centre on 19 and 20 November, takes us behind the scenes of this key event for maritime sector players. Organised since 2005 by Le Marin, a specialist publication by the Ouest-France press group, this annual event brings together key policymakers and experts from the sector which alone represents 1.5% of France’s GDP.
