Event caterer in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, CAPDEVIELLE TRAITEUR is renowned for the quality and originality of its culinary creations, for its strong and historic commitment to environmental and social responsibility, and for having built a strong spirit and a clear, shared identity.
For over 30 years, it has been adapting the spirit of the gastronomy we love - that of the seasons and a passion for produce - to the catering and reception organisation business, constantly coming up with new creations and new culinary concepts.
It's a whole team of professionals who pool their passion and skills to create convivial cocktails, prestigious dinners and home meal deliveries.
Their history
1989: CAPDEVIELLE TRAITEUR founded by Philippe Capdevielle and Véronique Capdevielle
2018: construction of the most modern and responsible production laboratory in Bruges. An investment of €2.8 million that has enabled CAPDEVIELLE TRAITEUR to support its growth, obtain ISO 20121 certification and, above all, create a workspace that is a source of pride for its employees and an essential foundation for its collective.
2019 : ISO 20121 certification. The first caterer to be awarded the label, and a benchmark for eco-responsible events.
2019 : installation of a 2,500m2 vegetable garden, a genuine social and educational project.
31 March 2023: Romain Capdevielle, son of Philippe Capdevielle, takes over the company. He now runs the company alone after 4 years as managing director.

Their responsible innovations
CAPDEVIELLE TRAITEUR is the first caterer to create an ADEME-certified carbon calculator for its events, reception venues and customers. ISO 20212 certified in 2019, it marks a new step forward in their responsible approach.
After 6 months' work, they presented the Delta Project: their Carbon Footprint 2022 and their actions to reduce their impact by 2024.
Their personalised carbon calculator, adapted to their production tool and their menu, enables them to provide their customers, on request, with a carbon analysis certified by ADEME following their events.
Edition after edition, they will be able to measure, compare and reduce the carbon impact of their events and activities, with the aim of offering ever more responsible events.
