Lorem Ipsumis simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
KRYS GROUP's Annual General Meeting was held over two days in Bordeaux in March. Mathieu Guéguen, Head of Events and Sponsorship, looks back enthusiastically on the partnership with BEAM and the event, which was a great success with all participants.
It was a huge success, and our members were fully satisfied, as evidenced by the ‘87% response rate to our satisfaction survey. A very high response rate!’ comments Mathieu Gueguen. The KRYS GROUP Annual General Meeting on 17 and 18 March, the Group's annual event, featured a series of key moments, from the strategic plenary session to the statutory votes and the famous gala dinner, taking full advantage of the potential of the BEAM ‘catalogue’. ‘Given our capacity of 700 people, the Palais des Congrès de Bordeaux seemed the most appropriate solution for our needs. And clearly, we have no regrets! This is my 12th General Meeting and I can confirm that this building is one of the most beautiful Convention Centres in France. It's also a very practical tool for events professionals’.
Delighted with the weekend, the Events and Sponsorship Manager was keen to emphasise the advantages of the venue's ground-level surface, ‘ideal for orienting participants, but also from a logistical point of view, such as unloading’, noting the total availability of the BEAM team. ‘From start to finish, our teams were supported. I never had the feeling of being left to my own devices on the sites’.
As for the festivities, Hangar 14 in the heart of Bordeaux met all the group's expectations in every respect, hosting a gala dinner that was eagerly awaited by the 700 guests: ‘This easily accessible space is a resource that's easy to work with, and allows a lot of freedom’, comments Mathieu Guéguen. The icing on the cake was a special mention for the weekend caterer recommended by BEAM, whose gastronomic and decorative proposals were appreciated throughout the event!
