The five venues and more than 200 WiFi hotspots are now linked by secure fibre optic cables directly to two Bordeaux data centres offering a minimum internet speed of 3Gbps.
This new configuration will provide even more refined solutions to the growing demands of event organisers for web and multimedia services: streaming, multiple SSIDs, image file sharing, remote conferencing, etc.
In addition to these technological features, Beam's Digital Services Department will be providing organisers with even more advice.

The DSN experts work alongside our sales team to advise customers, analysing the risks involved in each event.
They are also present at the start of events to ensure that the digital and audiovisual services run smoothly.
They have introduced new tools to make our presentations more interactive during the event design phase.
Optimised reception for events
We recently standardised and optimised our WiFi infrastructure, covering the last remaining white zones.
The team has also focused on enhancing the signage at the reception sites.
To this end, digital signage has been installed at the entrance to the Exhibition Centre and dynamic signage has been installed at the Palais des Congrès and Palais 2 l'Atlantique, with simplified back office management allowing organisers to be autonomous if they so wish.
