Congrès Expositions de Bordeaux and Bordeaux Chaumes Catering: an eco-responsible approach to professional events

Together, Congrès et Expositions de Bordeaux (CEB) and Bordeaux Chaumes Catering (BCC) have committed to an eco-responsible approach by offering a 100% biodegradable coffee break service for professional events. Their choice to use compostable cups for this key service makes it possible to fully recycle 1 ton of waste. CEB’s intention is to use this initiative to raise awareness among organisers on reducing the environmental impact of their events.

Philippe Fourrie, co-founder of the Ilago agency and coordinator of the Maritime Economy Forum [Assises de l’Economie de la Mer - AEM], the 19th edition of which will take place at Bordeaux Congress Centre on 19 and 20 November, takes us behind the scenes of this key event for maritime sector players.
