Events hosted by Bordeaux Events that require accommodation to be booked at several hotels will benefit from guaranteed room quotas at Accor Group hotels in Bordeaux. The company has a panel of 3,500 rooms in the 2 to 4 star categories in the city, which can meet a wide range of demand.
AccorHotels undertakes to reserve a quota of rooms for the organisers as soon as the contract is signed.

This guarantee on the quota of rooms made available to the organiser will also be accompanied by preferential rates fixed from the signing of the reservation contract with control over changes up to the date of the event.
