LACOSTE TRAITEUR is a family-run business that has been a benchmark in Bordeaux's event catering sector for almost 40 years, and is committed to helping its customers make their events a success.
Innovative cuisine
Since 2012, LACOSTE TRAITEUR has had a new-generation 1700 m² laboratory in Eysines, the largest in the South-West. It comprises 3 kitchen areas (preparation of starters and cocktails, cooking piano, pastry-making) and a Workshop, a spacious and welcoming tasting area where customers' menus are prepared. The latter opens onto the glassed-in culinary laboratory where the teams are hard at work.
